Proposed program terms — version 2026-10-10

Pricing structure approved by owner; operational launch pending. Enrollment is not open. Nexus Pro offer: 14 days free, then $30/month for the first three paid monthly billing periods, then $49/month from the fourth paid monthly billing period, excluding applicable taxes; cancel before the next charge to avoid that charge. Prices are USD, excluding applicable taxes. Checkout must state the trial end date, first three $30 billing periods, date of the first $49 charge, cancellation method, and any separately required services before activation. No commission is earned on free trials.

• Beta enrollment: Up to 25 approved new customer accounts, or 30 consecutive calendar days after enrollment opens, whichever comes first. Publish the opening timestamp and exact closing date/time in America/New_York before launch; no dates are set by this draft. Reserve one of the 25 spots at approved trial activation, not first payment. Trials activated before the cutoff keep the offer even if their first payment occurs after enrollment closes. For this initial cohort, cancelled or nonconverting trial spots are not recycled. No countdown resets or unverified remaining-slot claims. After the cutoff, new customers receive the 14-day trial followed by $49/month, excluding applicable taxes.
• Customer transition: The $30 rate applies only to the first three paid monthly billing periods of the original continuous subscription, not three calendar months from signup. Failed-payment retries do not advance the billing-period count; refunds do not restart it. The fourth period bills at $49/month, as disclosed and accepted at signup. Send a reminder at least seven days before that charge with the amount, billing date and cancellation route. Cancellation ends beta eligibility; rejoining uses the then-current public offer.
• Rate and basis: 25% of eligible Nexus Pro subscription revenue actually collected, after discounts, credits, refunds and chargebacks, excluding taxes. Processing fees do not reduce the affiliate commission basis. A full eligible $30 payment earns $7.50; a full eligible $49 payment earns $12.25; a discounted $20 payment earns $5.00. This approved offer covers Pro only. Growth ($69.99/month on the current site) and Team ($99.99/month on the current site) have no approved commission or transition terms in this kit. Do not advertise affiliate eligibility for those plans. Pro-to-Growth/Team upgrades pause future accrual until a written tier-specific policy is approved; disclose this limitation when promoting the program. No signup bounty or commission on third-party services.
• Duration: Recurring on eligible payments for the continuously active referred subscription, with no preset month cap while this program remains in force. No guaranteed lifetime income. Cancellation ends future commissions; later reactivation requires a new eligible referral. An affiliate must remain approved and comply with these terms.
• Eligibility: Approved affiliates referring new Nexus customers only. No self-referrals, existing customers, duplicate accounts, fabricated identities, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading claims, trademark bidding or coupon interception. No payment for recruiting other affiliates. Nexus may suspend disputed or fraudulent commissions, with an explanation and appeal route.
• Attribution: Last eligible affiliate click within 30 days before trial signup; the affiliate is then locked to the customer for the trial and continuous subscription. A later affiliate click cannot overwrite that assignment. The trial may end after the 30-day click window. Cross-device attribution is not guaranteed. Approved referral codes entered at signup may resolve missing tracking, provided no conflicting recorded referral exists. Cookie blocking or consent choices can prevent attribution; no retroactive credit without evidence.
• Records: Store affiliate ID, click/signup timestamps, customer/subscription IDs and payment/refund events in a server-side ledger. Renewals use the stored subscription assignment, not a new cookie. Dashboard access and referral links are planned, not implemented by this page. Affiliates may request a statement and dispute attribution within 30 days of the statement; review within 15 business days.
• Approval and payouts: Commissions remain pending for 30 days after successful collection. Pay approved balances monthly by the 15th for items approved by the prior month end, subject to a $50 minimum. Lower balances roll forward. Nexus absorbs standard domestic payout fees; any international/FX fees require disclosure and agreement before enrollment. Supported countries and payout provider remain to be confirmed. Identity, tax and payout details must be completed before payment.
• Adjustments: Refunds and chargebacks reverse commission proportionately, including after payout; use future balances or documented repayment for an overpayment. Pending disputes remain on hold until resolved. Cancellation alone does not reverse a valid past payment. Commission hold rules do not define the customer refund policy, which must be separately published.
• Changes and closure: Give 30 days' written notice for ordinary program changes. Rate changes apply to new referrals; honor the enrolled rate for existing eligible subscriptions while the program operates. If the program closes, stop future accrual on the announced closure date and pay valid accrued balances, including balances below $50, within 60 days after final approval and adjustments. Fraud or legal requirements may require immediate suspension. Never retroactively remove valid earned commissions merely because the program changes.
• Promotion: Make a clear commission disclosure beside every recommendation/link, and spoken plus visible disclosures in video. Use truthful, substantiated product statements and only verified personal experience. No fabricated testimonials, guaranteed real estate results, earnings promises or claims of typical affiliate earnings without evidence. Suggested disclosure: “I earn a commission if you subscribe to Nexus through my link.”

Earnings examples — arithmetic, not forecasts

These figures are hypothetical calculations, not actual or typical results. No conversion rate or earnings outcome is promised. Actual earnings may be $0 and depend on acquisition, retention and eligible payments. Figures exclude the affiliate's expenses and taxes. Accrual is not immediate payout: the approval hold and minimum apply. A beta referral paying all three $30 months and one $49 month accrues $34.75 before adjustments. Mixed-price months use $7.50 per eligible $30 payment plus $12.25 per eligible $49 payment. Seven full eligible $30 payments earn $52.50 before adjustments and can meet the $50 threshold once approved.
